In the year 2018, on a winter night, the committee members of Zambaulim Devasthan gave us a call with respect to a survey of all Properties Belonging to Shee Dev Damodar Zambaulim Devasthan. Along with other Competitors who were overpriced, we put in our quote for the Above Project. As being a Service to the deity, we put in a very reasonable quote as for us, the Prestige of Serving the Deity mattered more to us than the monetary value of the project. Also, being a Land Surveyor in Goa having a base in Margao, we swiftly moved into action on receiving confirmation of the project.

As Land Survey is a very complex and part of legal matters,  there were a lot of difficulties and challenges which were faced by our enthusiastic team. Our expert team of surveyors and engineers tackled everything which came in their path.

One interesting incident I remember was where our team was attacked by a neighbor, who also prevented us from surveying, as he had already encroached onto a client’s property. This was later resolved by us, amicably, along with the committee members with the help of police protection.

The life of a Surveyor in Goa can be very difficult with a lot of distractions that the Land of Goa offers with its vibrant beaches and relaxed lifestyle but our teams are focused with respect to work and also engage in extra curricular activities like local cricket tournaments and other sport and cultural activities which strengthens our social culture.

Delivering this project by clearing all its hindrances in a stipulated time was a big boost for us and the Client. The client was extremely happy as we also did a lot of research-related work and liasoning work, which helped the client to locate more properties that belonged to them, besides survey work. The properties of which the client was totally unaware about but belonged to them.

Along with traditional Land Surveys, we also performed  Aerial Survey / Drone Surveys for the client. During the survey, we had an interesting incident wherein our Drone ( Phantom 4 Pro) crashed into the Banyan tree right in front of the temple and came crashing down from a height of nearly 15 metres wherein one of our team members heroically jumped to Save the drone thus saving the drone from total damage. In no time, our Procurement team sprung into action and got the drone repaired and replaced the damaged part thus delivering the data to the Client on time. Being Drone Surveyors in Goa we could easily tackle such Surveys of Large magnitude with ease and efficiently.
